1. HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
1.1. If you want just to cancel your subscription please contact us at support@carnieats.com with your registration e-mail. Then your subscription will be canceled manually within around three days after contacting us via email.
2. 100% MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE RULES
In addition to any refund rights under applicable laws, if you purchased the program directly from our website and the money-back option was offered at checkout, you are eligible for a full refund if you did not see visible results with our program.
Please note that only fulfilment of the requirements below allows you to receive a complete refund under 100% money-back guarantee:
• you contact us within 28 days after your initial purchase and before the end of your subscription period; and
• you have followed our program at least during 5 consecutive days within the first 28 days after the purchase; and
• you are able to demonstrate that you have followed the program by completing at least 3 workout sessions from your 1st-week beginner’s guide and by providing pictures of 5 days following the meal plan.
This Money-Back Guarantee policy does not apply to subscription renewals. A refund can be claimed only during the subscription period. If the subscription period has expired before you made a request for a refund, we will not be able to provide you with a refund.
We will review your application and notify you by email whether your application is approved. If the application is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 30 days.
3. Automatic Renewal Pricing Disclaimer
3.1. 1-week plan: By purchasing a 1-week plan, the Client agrees to pay $9.90 for the initial 7-day period. The Client acknowledges that after the 1-week introductory period, the subscription will automatically convert into a monthly subscription, and they will be charged $39.90 monthly unless the subscription is canceled at least 48 hours prior to the end of the 7-day period. If not canceled, the monthly charge of $39.90 will continue until the subscription is canceled.
3.2. 1-month plan: By purchasing a 1-month plan, the Client agrees to pay $15.90 for the initial plan and acknowledges that if the subscription is not canceled at least 48 hours prior to the end of the 1-month introductory period, the Client will automatically be charged $39.90 monthly until the subscription is canceled.
3.3. 2-month plan: By purchasing a 2-month plan, the Client agrees to pay $25.90 for the initial plan and acknowledges that if the subscription is not canceled at least 48 hours prior to the end of the 2-month introductory period, the Client will automatically be charged $69.90 every 2 months until the subscription is canceled.

The general refund rules do not apply to certain situations, such as personal reasons (e.g., you don't like the product) or financial reasons (e.g., you didn't expect to be charged, didn't realise the trial would convert into a subscription, didn't expect the subscription to auto-renew, or were unaware that the services require payment).
